I did three ugly reps of back squats with 70kg, but I count it as a PR since for the first time I was actually able to move the weight down and back up, even if it was ugly...😂😅

I am loving my time at the gym and it can be challenging to carve out time - especially when my husband and I are battling it out for the 6am slot! But you have to make time. If something is important to you - make time! Goals don't smash themselves. You won't get anywhere sitting on the couch bingeing Netflix. And if you get off track don't beat yourself up, dust yourself off and keep going. Never give up.
