As with training the upper body, we can manipulate certain variables in load and volume to reach specific goals in developing strength or hypertrophy. However, with the lower body, we can even change some of the exercises in addition to laid and volume to train for a particular goal do to the nature of the muscle group. For hypertrophy work, we want to stay in the 8 to 10 and sometimes 15 rep range due to the fatigue resistant nature of the lower body, sticking with about 60-75%1RM. Things like back squats, Bulgarian lunges and even hyperextensions are perfect to build a well functioned lower body and develop size and mass in the glutes, quads and hamstrings. When it comes to strength, however, nothing beats the basics of deadlifts as the primary lift in the workout. I also like adding heavy hip thrusts and sled pushes and drags which build not only strength but even explosive power as well. I also like adding heavy leg presses instead of heavy squats with deadlifts as I feel most people shouldn't be doing heavy amounts of both on the same day as that can be more detrimental than healthy for majority of the people. For strength work, you'll notice a massive drop in volume as we are working in a 4 to 8 rep range, but a significant increase in load as we approach more of a 75-90% 1RM load. You got to ensure your training for both if you want the benefits of being a well functional and explosive athlete and trainee.

Push Down Versus Overhead Extension

📍Anatomy of the Tricep
➖The tricep is composed of three heads hence the work “tri”. They all attach down at the olecranon process meaning it crosses the elbow joint. This mean it will create the joint action of elbow extension.

➖The medial and lateral head of the tricep originate up on the back side of the humerus.
⠀
➖The long head of the tricep is different though. It originates up on the infraglenoid tubercle of the scapula. This means it crosses the shoulder joint as well (crosses both shoulder and elbow) so it can also extend the shoulder.

➖This exercise will hit all three heads of the tricep with mainly a focus on the medial and lateral head.

Walking dumbbell lunges are an excellent exercise to target your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Don’t let your knees cave in when you do them. It’s just an injury waiting to happen. The problem is people feel like they’re in everyone’s way when they do them (which you are...but who cares...build dat booty then smack the haters with it later). This causes people to rush. Further, lunges tend to be done with higher reps which means the sets take a bit long to complete. Between being in everyone’s way and the sets taking a while, it’s easy to rush through them whether you realize it or not. Take your time on these and make sure your knees and toes are aligned in order to get the most out of the exercise and avoid injury 💪🏼.

من شهرين مكنتش بقدر اعمل ربع التمارين الي انا بعملها دلوقتي .. ولسه اكيد هتحسن اكتر واكتر .. وكنت ضعيفة جدا ومبستحملش الوجع --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- بس بالمصابرة والاجتهاد بقيت احسن .. وبقيت باخد بالي من اكلي كويس جدا --------‐---‐--------------------------------------------------------------------
وبشرب ٣ لتر مايه في اليوم ودي حاجة مكنتش بعملها غير كل اسبوع مرة ده لو افتكرت عشان انا مبحبش طعم المياه --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- وبقيت بنام بدري وبصحي بدري ودي كانت حاجة صعبة عليه جدا ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hahahahaha awkward pose🤪💃💙 One more pic before getting on diet next week🤩🥴 like more than half a year that I haven’t been on strict diet😂 the last one was keto diet (2018) - pretty good tho, but im not a big fan of oily food so nahh for me hahha and 2 years ago (2017) was low carb high protein but didn’t work for me haha even I lose weight & fat but no muscles gained hahah , not satisfied😆... .

ครึ่งปีละที่ห่างหายจากการไดเอตแบบจริงจัง แฮ่กกกกก ยุ่งๆเหยิงไปหมด ตั้งแต่ช่วงต้นๆปี จนตอนนี้เริ่มคงที่(มั้ง) ชีวิตไม่ได้อยู่ตอนช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านที่ย้ายหลากหลายที่ไปมาละ งงๆ เลยไปเรื่อยๆ ก็วางแผนละ เดี่ยวดูก่อนว่าจะไปได้แค่ไหน55555555555555🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻เอาจริงคือลองไปเรื่อยสนุกดีไม่น่าเบื่อ ออกกำลังกายก็ไปเรื่อยเหมือนเดิม55555 คือเอาจริงถ้าบังคับตัวเองไม่ได้แล้วใครจะบังคับเราได้😂😂😂😂😂 .
