Soba noodles topped with cucumber, red bell pepper, shredded carrots, Napa cabbage, baked organic tofu, scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds + a homemade peanut sauce featuring @betterbodyfoods @pbfit.official. 3/4 cup @betterbodyfoods PB fit (or other powdered peanut butter)
1/3 cup water
2 tbs coconut aminos or liquid aminos
Juice of one lime
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons chile paste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Combine everything in a high speed blender. Blend until creamy. Enjoy!
