Let’s be transparent: have you ever suffered with binging or found yourself constantly thinking about food? Whether this is what you are going to eat next, scouring menus before you agree to going out, or restricting throughout the day only to find yourself binging at night? The one thing that truly changed this for me was realizing: Eat to LIVE. Don’t live to eat. By all means, food is an amazing part of life & not only brings us together socially, but can provide comfort, fun, & just pure joy. This isn’t what I’m talking about. I’m talking when it becomes an obsession in any regards.

I used to find myself having a meal & then immediately start thinking about what I was going to have next. I would try and eat as little as I could throughout the day, to find myself stuffing my face at night. I wouldn’t go out with friends if the menu didn’t fit my “dietary requirements”. To truly change these actions you have to change your mindset. Think of how the food is fueling/nourishing your body. How it’ll make you FEEL, not look. Once you’re able to adapt this mindset, the restricting/binging tends to take a backseat. Sounds too easy to be true, but it’s been life changing for me.

This protein PB cookie dough cookie brittle/bark recipe is up on my blog now! I ended up keeping them in the freezer & OMG. I was obsessed. TARİFİ1.Dondurma pastası için önce sütü çırpma kabına alalım. Üzerine toz krem şantileri boşaltalım. Katılaşıncaya kadar blender yardımı ile çırpalım. Katılaştıktan sonra labne peynirini ilave edelim. Peynir her tarafına eşit şekilde karışıncaya kadar çırpmaya devam edelim.2.Hazırladığımız kremanın yarısını ayrı bir kaba alalım. Bir tanesinin içine ekmeğe sürülebilir çikolatamızı ilave edip blender yardımı ile çırpalım.3.Küçük boy kare borcamın içini streç film ile kaplayalım. Petibör bisküvileri süte batırıp çıkararak borcamın tabanına yerleştirelim. Hazırladığımız çikolatalı kremanın yarısını bisküvilerin üzerine koyup eşit bir şekilde düzleyelim.4.Çikolatalı kremanın üzerini süte batırılmış bisküvi ile kaplayalım. Предлагаю сделать афигенски простой пирог.
КБЖУ на 1/8 пирога: 142/13,3/4,8/11,2

🔹Кабачок 400 гр(вот то, что я терла, без жопок).
🔹 Яйца 2 шт.
🔹 Ветчина 180 гр.
🔹 Сыр 'лёгкий' 150 гр.
🔹 Мука 100 гр.
🔹 Перец, чеснок.

Кабачок натереть на крупной тёрке, посолить, отжать.
Сыр натереть, ветчину порезать кубиками(кстати, ветчину взяла с ооочень хорошим составом и кбжу ТАВР 'к завтраку').

Смешать все ингредиенты до однородности, отправить в жерло духовки, нагретой до 200 гр на 40-45 минут👌

Дать чуть остыть, а потом уже доставать из формы, иначе рискуете тем, что развалится😬

صدر دجاج مقطع بالطول ( أصابع )
ملعقة كبيرة ماسترد (خردل )
ملعقة كبيرة صلصة طماطم
2 ملعقة كبيرة لبن زبادي

عصير نص ليمونة
ملعقة كبيرة خل أبيض
ملح
فلفل أسود
فلفل أحمر باودر
بهار بطاطا
بودرة ثوم
الطريقة :
تخلط جميع المقادير جيدا و تنقطع قطع الدجاج وتوضع بالثلاجة لمدة ساعة او ساعتين .. بعدها تقلى قطع الدجاج في زيت عميق بعد وضعها في دقيق ثم بيض ثم بانكو لتصبح قطع الدجاج ذهبية اللون و تقدم ساخنة .. صحتين وهنا
ملاحظة :
'البانكو' هو فتات الخبز الياباني .. متوفر بالأسواق ويمكن استبداله ب (بقسماط او كورن فليس مطحون)

I mean tonight I had a family get together at the @tobycarvery a lovely roast dinner, meat, veggies and of course some crispy potatoes, stuffing and a giant yorkshire 🤤🤤 so wasn’t all bad 🙌🏻 couple naughty bits on my plate 😂

But the dessert was insane 🤪 (471 calories) which is a lot for a small dessert but I fitted this into my days intake so I’m not over 💪🏻💪🏻 best dessert I’ve eaten in a long time 😍❤️

SWIPE TO POP 👉🏼 Tried to recreate a breakfast skillet I had for brunch months ago but used regular potatoes instead of sweet potatoes 😋 like who am I?! 😱 Trust me, I love me some sweet potatoes & use them 90% of the time but thought I’d switch things up today 🤷🏽‍♀️ Happy Saturday!✨

▫️Mini Potato Medley, cubed
▫️Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced
▫️1 Jalapeño, sliced
▫️1/4 Onion, cubed
▫️2 cloves Garlic, minced

▫️1/2 Mashed Avocado
▫️1 Poached Egg (@vitalfarms)

Garlic Aioli:
▫️1 Egg Yolk (@vitalfarms)
▫️1 clove Garlic, minced
▫️1/4 cup EVOO
▫️Salt & Pepper
▫️2-3 tbsp Avocado Mayo (@chosenfoods)

How To❓
▫️Start off by prepping your aioli. Add all your ingredients, except the mayo, to a blender & blend until evenly mixed. Then add to a bowl with your mayo & whisk till evenly combined.
▫️For your poached egg, boil some water with 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar. Then create a whirlpool with a spoon & crack in an egg. Cook for roughly 3-4 mins.
▫️For your bfast skillet, prep all your veggies. Then add some EVOO to your skillet & add in your garlic & onions. Cook until translucent. Then add in the potatoes, sweet peppers & jalapeños. Cook for another 3-4 mins before adding in your spices. Mix evenly & cook for another mins.
👉🏼 Add some mashed avocado to your skillet & top with a poached egg. Drizzle with your garlic aioli 😋. Sprinkle some salt & pepper, then top with fresh cilantro.

▫️2 small-medium Zucchini
▫️2-3 Kale Leaves, chopped
▫️Roughly 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
▫️2 tbsp of Basil Pesto Paste (@heb)

Spiralize your zucchini. Roughly Chip your kale. Then, sauté your Zoodles for about a minute in avocado oil. Add in the kale & basil pesto, sautéing for another 3-4 mins.
Add in spices to taste. Mix together & finally add in cherry tomatoes. Top w/ Parmesan & Red Crushed Pepper 🌶
Served with a side of garlic bread (@heb protein bread toasted with a bit of butter & garlic powder).

Have you made your own bagels before?? 👀 If not, you’re missing out! So much healthier than store-bought bagels & consists of two main ingredients - Greek Yogurt & Whole Wheat Flour 🙌🏼 Make into a sandwich or load ‘em up with your favorite toppings 😋

How To👇🏼
▫️1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (@bobsredmill)
▫️2 tsp Baking Powder
▫️1/2 tsp Baking Soda
▫️1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (@siggisdairy)
▫️Egg Wash (egg white or beaten whole egg)
▫️Everything Bagel Seasoning (@wholefoods)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat the oven to 375°.
In a mixing bowl, add in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Whisk together until evenly combined. Then add in your yogurt & mix. The dough should be crumbly.
On a clean surface, lay down some more flour & dump out your dough. Using your hands, start to knead the dough a few times. You want the dough to be tacky but not sticking to your hands. Continue to knead & add flour to the surface as you go.
Once the dough is ready, shape into a ball & cut into 4 even parts. Roll out each into a thin cylinder & connect to form a ring. Add to a parchment lined baking dish.
After all 4 bagel rings are complete, use a brush to coat the tops with the egg wash. Then sprinkle on your everything bagel seasoning (the more, the better 🤪).
Now they are ready to bake! Bake in the oven for roughly 25 mins. The tops should be a nice golden brown. Then let them sit for a few minutes to cool before slicing them in half. Freeze to make them last longer!

▫️1 tbsp Ground Coffee (@bulletproof)
▫️1/4 tsp Cinnamon
