Super smiley/sweaty because I just ran 5K without stopping and hit a new PB of 29 minutes 🏃🏻‍♀️🎉 I know a lot of people can run faster and the idea of not stopping on a 5K to walk is easy but for me it was a big deal and I DID it in under 30 minutes 😆😆

Итак, что же может мотивировать?
1)Фотки😂. Я последнюю неделю вообще делала что-то с растяжкой только 2 раза😂🙈 ,и как вы поняли, когда захотела сфотаться🙈(про то что мало растягивалась последнюю недельку это конечно плохо, но если подумать, если бы не фотки..😅Вобще бы ничего не делала😂😂😂)
2)Эластичность мышц и здоровье суставов.Если вы начнете регулярно работать над растяжкой своего тела, то сохраните здоровыми суставы и мышцы. Кроме того, вы значительно улучшите координацию движений.
3)Избавление от зажимов и стресса.Растяжка приводит к оптимальному кровоснабжению всех органов в теле, а это, в свою очередь, позволяет мышцам расслабиться. Уходят мышечные зажимы, вы становитесь спокойной, испытываете приятные ощущения в теле. Таким образом, вы избавляетесь от стресса, накопившегося в организме.(когда мне очень плохо, к примеру, поссорилась с кем-то, в школе проблемы. Я начинаю садиться на шпагаты, тянуть спину, складку и мне становится на много легче, и в таком состоянии обычно растягиваться не так больно и трудно😥)

A delicious, one pan lunch or dinner that’s super healthy and so easy to make featuring 3 foods I’m obsessed with at the moment, and yes Kale is there 🥬  And before you think kale is gross have you tried pan frying it until crispy with some sea salt over the top and a drizzle of tamari soy? Honestly it’s the plant based version of bacon 🤣 it really is so good I even got hubby and Stevie onto it 😋 asparagus is another obsession of mine too, I eat a whole bunch in one go, sautéed alongside the kale and of course salmon 🐟 cooked in a little olive oil. Gettin those greens in 🌱👌🏼

These sucked!

140kg/308lb at 70kg/154lb. They sucked because I backed off doing deadlifts on a regular basis (lower back issues and shit). And like most things, when you stop practicing something regularly, you tend not to be as good at it.

The silver lining here is that less than a week ago I couldn’t even get one rep out. This weight wouldn’t budge more than an inch off the floor, after two failed attempts.

So I guess they don’t suck as much as I first thought.

So now that DL’s are back on the menu and I’m feeling pumped and looking forward to the next session.

This old dude got a little more left in the tank!

A full on couple of days! Yesterday the weather was so fab, I decided to attack the weeds in the back garden, and finally sorted out my pot plants, then I made a huge batch of chicken and veg soup for the freezer, a casserole, Moroccon chicken & a tray of roast veg. Busy work/life makes meal prepping worthwhile to save time after work and gym, meaning more couch time in the evening!

Tonight I decided to make use the functional fitness room at my new gym and do an full in cardio session as it's been a while since I've focused on cardio and I was surprised at how fit I still am!

Started with the spin bike, dumbells and step variations, prowler, battle ropes and finished with combos on the bag with some kicks thrown on for good measure! 💪💪👊👊

Tomorow I'll make workout plan for the gym as it's quite overwhelming there as its huge, so many machines, free weights, classes and functional fitness that a plan of attack is the way to go....I'm all about lists and plans 🤓.

#23weekspregnant with little man 💙 It’s crazy how much better I’ve felt towards to the latter end of the 2nd trimester! I don’t really feel pregnant other than this bump and baby kicks! I have been asked a lot about my routine and diet during this pregnancy...I gave up the 6 day a week gym workouts due to feeling really ill throughout the first trimester and first few weeks of the second trimester and have been working out from home 3-4 days per week. My diet has stayed the same but nowhere near as strict, I still eat relatively healthy but I don’t track macros anymore and if I want the cake...I’ll have the goddamn cake 😂 I’m up around 8-10lbs in weight but honestly I’ve never felt better!!
