🔸6 a 8 muslos;
Puede usarlo con o sin hueso, pero dejar la piel es fundamental para hacer que el pollo sea jugoso.
1/2 taza de vino blanco seco O 1 jugo de limón O 1/4 taza de vinagre;
Esta vez usé jugo de limón siciliano, que es más suave y dulce que nuestro tradicional limón Tahití.
🔸 2 jugo de naranja;
🔸2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva;
🔸4 dientes de ajo en puré;
🔸1 cucharada de pimentón dulce;
🔸1 cucharadita de pimentón picante;
🔸Sal y pimienta negra al gusto.

Modo de preparo:
🍗Limpie un poco los muslos para eliminar el exceso de grasa;
Uma En un tazón, ponga todos los ingredientes de la marinada, mezcle bien con un tenedor;
🍗Ponga las baquetas en una bolsa o tapa, vierta la marinada, mezcle bien con las manos y refrigere por al menos 1 hora;
Com Acomode las baquetas en un molde para hornear antiadherente, vierta la marinada y hornee a 180 grados durante aproximadamente 45 minutos hasta que estén doradas;

CHICKEN WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA AND ALMONDS 🥘
Spanish cooking at its best! Lovely combo of almond and paprika! So easy to make and so tasty!
Ingredients:
Coconut oil
Red onion
Chopped garlic
Red pepper
Smoked paprika
Dried oregano
Chicken breast
Blanched almonds
Spinach
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Rocket and salad leaves
Melt the coconut oil on a frying pan, add the onion, garlic, red pepper and fry. Sprinkle in the smoked paprika and oregano and stir. Add the chicken until chicken is fully cooked. Stir in the almonds and spinach and cook for further 2 minutes. Plate up your salad, then add chicken mixture and season with salt and pepper. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and voila! 💪

CHICKEN WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA AND ALMONDS 🥘
Spanish cooking at its best! Lovely combo of almond and paprika! So easy to make and so tasty!
Ingredients:
Coconut oil
Red onion
Chopped garlic
Red pepper
Smoked paprika
Dried oregano
Chicken breast
Blanched almonds
Spinach
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Rocket and salad leaves
Melt the coconut oil on a frying pan, add the onion, garlic, red pepper and fry. Sprinkle in the smoked paprika and oregano and stir. Add the chicken until chicken is fully cooked. Stir in the almonds and spinach and cook for further 2 minutes. Plate up your salad, then add chicken mixture and season with salt and pepper. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and voila! 💪

HIIT/LEG DAY!
I like to do my leg days in a Hiit/circuit fashion once a week. Here is a circuit and glute superset I did today🍑 -
Pulse squats x20
Pit shark RDL (can be done with dumbbells, barbell, cable) x15
Alternating jump squats x20 total
Repeat 4x -
Hip extensions x15
DB hip thrust x30
Repeat 4x

Haven't been posting so much ... life has been hitting me left and right...with work..with my knee that is still killing me. Not going to the gym often .kids...etc..

Unfortunately work is going to come to an end...as much that I dont want to. I have to. I choose to move to japan with my husband soon..and its something that I wasnt sure about, but i rather have my family be together then to live without my annoying love of life for two year. When I thought the military life was over 🙄🙄🙄 lol oh well.. another 3 more years of it.
