1. Eat more protein
We have found that individuals that do not consume enough protein have a slower metabolism and eat more snack foods.(chocolate covered almonds, trail mix, zebra popcorn, high cal nutbars)
Per day shoot for .5 - 1 gram per pound of body weight.
2. Eat pink sea salt.
Especially if you live in a hot climate. Salt helps maintain your elyctrolytes as well as stimulates Thyroid, boosts metabolism, boosts the immune
system, and fights cancer.
3. STOP DRINKING SODA!!!
If you are always sore, tired, can't seem to drop those last 5-10lbs, this is the problem.
Even with diet soda individuals that drank soda or diet soda had a higher tendency to over consume calories.
